KreativeMinds Development's mission is to provide individuals with developmental delays a better quality of life. This will be accomplished through play-based learning and evidence-based practices. Through KreativeMinds Development we wish to ensure inclusiveness for all individuals who require a little extra support. We advocate for our families and clients. We work with other professionals to ensure top quality and accurate services are aways provided. Our goal is to include the following services: occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis. Here we value our clients, families, and staff to ensure everyone who is apart of the KreativeTeam is well taken care of.
Our Story
KreativeMinds Development was founded by Kalee Stubbs, a BCBA who has tiered through ABA. Starting as a registered behavior technician, then a mid-tier supervisor and ABA trainer, followed by becoming a BCBA, and now the owner of KreativeMinds Development. Kalee received a bachelor's degree in sociology. During this time, she found ABA. Watching her client's make progress and families be filled with joy is everything she needed to experience to know that ABA was her calling. She continued providing ABA services while pursuing her Master's in ABA. Kalee is now studying for her PH.D in developmental psychology. Her goal is to ensure that the families and clients at KreativeMinds Development are receiving top-quality services. The most rewarding process of ABA is watching our client's progress, flourish, and learn there is always a way. We are building a foundation of inclusiveness, safe spaces, and a world of development.
